Liked the place, had a REALLY GREAT stay on a vacation. The location was marvellous as for me, not far from hotel's garden, the center of siem reap and the Christmas market outside that evening. It also was close to all the temples. I was happy, the landmark king room I booked came with a welcome drink as well as king bed.

Hotel was great, great facilities and very friendly staff
Food was quite expensive and the best way to get to the airport with the own shuttle service was 47 dollars. It's a complete rip-off. The journey takes about 10 min

great hotel in colonial style. very good food, very friendly staff, great pool!
the hotel is luxurious and very nice, but a little bit big and therefore less intimate and individual than we wanted. besides that it is quite expensive

The breakfast was great, high quality products, arranged and presented with love and passion. Perfect staff - you only notice many things after several days of stay. . The hotel is quasi "the mother of the colonial hotel", a grande dame herself. Perfectly looked after and maintained. We were more than comfortable. The hotel will be closed and rebuilt for several months starting in May 2019. I sincerely hope that one approaches the matter with caution and attention.

I was expecting a great style and old luxury hotel compare to the new 5stars hotels. Definetly it's keeping a great style but ned a restoration to compare with the new hotels. Globally a good choise.
